So glad that we made the time to have our water tested! Found out just how hard our water really was out here despite having a water softener. With this Crystalline system, our water tastes better, smells better, and doesn't leave our skin feeling so tight and dry. They came out to retest our water and went over everything with us again which was much appreciated as well.

For me biggest shout out to my installer Engel he knew everything I asked and I am a big asker and I am always on top of anything they do to my house.
